IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Annex 1, Annex 2 and Annex 3 documents must be filled in by the student and submitted to the instructor of the relevant course with the signatures of the student and the workplace host until Monday, 15.01.2024 at the latest.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 2: If our students who receive orphan salaries benefit from the insurance provided by the school, their salaries will be cut off. For this reason, students with such situations must submit the Annex-6 Disclaimer Form to the faculty secretariat by the end of the working hours on 15.01.2024.

  • IYD 456 Workplace Experience III

The courses take place at the end of each semester for 3 uninterrupted weeks, 5 working days a week, for a total of 15 working days. The workplace in which these courses will be held is sent to the official e-mail addresses provided by the school by the course instructor. Information about the functioning of the course is given in the orientation program at the end of the semester and participation in the program is mandatory.

For Workplace Experience / Application courses, you are required to fill out the forms below each semester.

Annex 1 and Annex 3 documents must be filled out by the student and submitted to the instructor of the relevant course with the wet signatures of the student and the workplace host.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Students who do not want the occupational health and safety insurance to be made by OSTİM Technical University can fill out the form named EK6 and submit it to the faculty secretariat.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE 2: Our students who receive orphan pension will have their salaries cut if they benefit from the insurance provided by the school. Therefore, students who have such situations should immediately inform the research assistant of their department about this situation and submit the Annex-6 Waiver Petition to the faculty secretariat before the workplace practice training insurance entries are made.
