Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuğçe Çelik completed her undergraduate education in the Department of Architecture at Gazi University's Faculty of Architecture in 2012. Since 2013, she has provided architectural, consulting, and construction services with the firm she co-founded. She has undertaken architectural design and construction work on numerous projects of varying functions, including public service buildings, healthcare facilities, educational buildings, and residential buildings. She has participated in architectural design competitions both individually and as a team and served on the design team for award-winning projects.

She received her master's degree in computer-aided design from Gazi University, Department of Architecture in 2015 with her thesis titled “An Improved Generative Model Proposal for the Early Design Process of High-Rise Residential Buildings.” She completed her doctoral studies in 2020 with her doctoral thesis titled “Space-Light Relationship and the Use of Skylight Domes in Turkish Period Buildings in Anatolia (12th-19th centuries)” by conducting research focused on natural light and simulation. During her doctoral education, she has conducted research on Central Asian Turkish Architecture.

In her academic life, she has published national and international articles (web of science, Scopus indexed, Q1-Q2 quarterly), written book chapters, participated in international conferences, took part in technical committees in these conferences, and chaired sessions. She has participated in workshops and led workshops in the workshops she attended. Within the scope of Erasmus+ Staff Mobility, she received education in different countries at universities such as Universidad de Sevilla and Univerzitet u Beogradu, and taught undergraduate courses in VIKO - Vilnius Kolegija, Lithuania, and worked as a manager in international Erasmus projects. Assoc. Prof. Tuğçe Çelik has given seminars as an invited speaker in professional chambers such as the Chamber of Architects and the Chamber of Interior Architects on her studies on natural light and its simulation.

In 2024, he received the title of associate professor from the Inter-University Council (ÜAK) in the Department of Architecture, "Architectural Design" and "Design - Plan and Project Implementation in Architectural Settlements." He continues to serve as an active faculty member at OSTİM Technical University, Faculty of Architecture and Design, and continues his academic and professional studies in the fields of architecture, architectural design, and application projects.
